For this Adobe Illustrator exercise, I had to practice making use of the scissors, knife, eraser, shape builder tools in order to craft shapes into the design you see here now. I'd say the grass and dog design gave me the most trouble mainly due to how precise I wanted to be with ensuring they looked similar to the examples shown within the book. I'd say I still need more work on getting more comfortable with these tools since you can mess up if not accurate in your cuts. That said, I found this lesson to be both fun and informative and I'll continue to post more results in the future as I progress through these tutorials.
