For my first entry in the weekly internship report, I am starting by laying my goals & expectations.
Goals:
Find an internship (ideally virtual) that works best with class/work schedule.
If it cannot be virtual, then something able to be reached via train/bus/uber etc.
Ensure that internship is approved so I can begin my actual internship reports.
Have my resume & portfolio looked by BSU's Career development Center.
Schedule a meeting with my professor about internship opportunities.
Apply to more opportunities listed on our website & social media pages.
Progress:
Scheduled a meeting with BSU's Career Development Center about internship opportunities.
Spoke with professors about potential internship opportunities.
Competed week one's assignments for class.
My goal is to have everything done before this week is over. The weather has been affecting the campus being open so I am going to have go about things virtually until things clear up. Nonetheless, I will have everything completed before this week is over. Until then, stay tuned on more progress to come soon!
