The results are official: I have begun an internship with Olive Gift Co! I will be a social media marketing manager and videographer for six months. Olive Gift Co. is an unpaid internship, but it should hopefully serve as the valuable experience I can gain from assisting with marketing campaigns and providing promotional footage to promote on their pages. I will oversee the company's Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, and Link Tree, providing updates on social media engagement and customer retention for people visiting their website. This internship will give me real-life experience dealing with a small business and learning how to tailor my skills to various tasks I can then use for resume-building and networking opportunities.
