Color Editing
Here is a look at some of the changes I've been making to the entire film's color tone. Due to the locations we were shooting at, I found that many of the shots taken within the Recital Hall made the film's color appear warmer than intended. Since I also do photography, my experience editing photos in Adobe Lightroom has really helped me become accustomed to doing so in Adobe Premiere. Let me know how y'all are liking the changes!
Some of the work has involved making scenes appear cooler in their tones, along with enhancing these extreme close-ups with light touches of vignette and image sharpening tools. My outdoor scenes didn't require much retouching since the weather that day was really lovely. My most significant concern with the film was that it appeared over-saturated with warm tones, especially given the look I was going for. Do you enjoy color editing? I'd love to know in the comments!
